HubSpot update 1: All-New Customer Success Workspace
The first update is also the biggest one on our list: HubSpot has created a new workspace: the "Customer Success Workspace."
In recent months, HubSpot has begun creating Workspaces. The Prospecting Workspace was launched first, followed by the Helpdesk Workspace. We believe these Workspaces will be crucial in the future, as they consolidate all the necessary information for your role within a single tab. Think of it as a personalized dashboard equipped with all the tools needed to perform tasks efficiently.
The Customer Success Workspace within HubSpot empowers customer success managers and representatives to manage all their activities in one place. It aids in staying organized, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing schedules. This Workspace shows alerts to CSMs of their tasks and allows for custom views of key segments. Moreover, it enables monitoring activities of significant accounts.
With this HubSpot Workspace, customer success managers have access to all relevant information in one centralized location, eliminating the need to navigate between various sections of the portal.
HubSpot update 2: Object Sync
This Object Sync update makes cleaning up various workflows a lot easier!
Previously, each time we wanted to transfer information from one property to another, we had to create a separate workflow to copy this data. For example, when we needed to transfer company data to a deal for our sales team, we had to build a workflow that copied this information from a company property to a deal property. Our portal was filled with these kinds of workflows (and perhaps yours too). But thanks to the addition of Object synchronization by HubSpot, we were able to remove all of these workflows!
By synchronizing your properties, you get rid of time-consuming detours. This feature breaks down the data silos between objects and ensures that your data is consistently updated and synchronized across different objects. Sign up for this beta and start cleaning up those unnecessary workflows!

HubSpot update 3: AI assistant to build workflow actions
